This property was formerly home to Manufacturers Hanover Bank and was developed by them and opened in 1986. Part of the building was an original Walter Property Limited property and older Guernsey residents will remember this as “The Chicken Platter” café. The company purchased the remainder of the building in 1998 from Lloyds TSB. It is multi-tenanted and has residential accommodation on the upper floors.
