La Gibauderie

Our most recent acquisition was purchased in 2023.  We are still in negotiations with the planners, intended for the purpose of building new housing. The restrictive policy GP11 has been removed for the next five years, increasing the number of units we should be able to build on this site. We are keen to provide a mix of housing types, including for first-time buyers.
