Catharine Walter
Appointed to the Board in 2001 and is the current Chairman. Catharine has been involved in the administration of the company since she moved to Guernsey in 1986. She has gained extensive experience in property management and development. Her sector skills include: negotiation of leases, property acquisitions and disposals. She is a non-executive director of a number of local property companies and funds.

Eleanor Saunders
Appointed Company Secretary in 2012 having previously been involved in the administration of the company since 2003. Educated at The Ladies’ College, Eleanor resigned her job at Credit Suisse Trust in 2012 to work full-time for the family company. Eleanor oversaw the successful development, Le Menage, in St Martins during the challenging conditions of Covid. She was appointed CEO in June 2023.

Adrian Chopin
Adrian joined the board in 2007 and brings significant legal and financial expertise. He was educated at Elizabeth College. He worked as a lawyer at a magic circle firm in London for 4 years. He worked as an investment banker for a major global bank for 9 years and now runs a litigation funding business in London. He remains a qualified lawyer.

Terry Jehan
Appointed to the Board in 1988, Terry is a Chartered Accountant. He is a useful resource in the management of the Jersey properties in the portfolio. He travels regularly to Guernsey for meetings and provides sound financial advice.

Deborah Walter
Appointed to the Board in 2007, Deborah is based in Boston, in the USA. She travels to Guernsey annually and frequently participates in company conference calls. Her areas of expertise include marketing and logistics.

John Jehan
John was appointed as an alternate director in 2011. Born and educated in Jersey before moving to the UK, John has worked in London for the last 20 years. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. John also has experience in property development in a personal capacity having renovated a number of properties in London and, more recently, on the outskirts of Bath.

William Walter
William joined the board in 2019 and brings over 15 years of media and consultancy expertise. After being educated at Elizabeth College, he worked for members of the Shadow Cabinet, including the Rt Hon David Willetts MP, then Shadow Minister for Universities & Skills. Notably, he served as a media advisor to the Governments of Georgia and Lithuania. He now runs his own PR firm, Bridgehead Communications, which has a presence in the Island.
