This property was formerly home to Manufacturers Hanover Bank and was developed and opened by them in 1986. Part of the building was an original Walter Property Limited property and older Guernsey residents will remember this as “The Chicken Platter” takeaway café. The company purchased the remainder of the building in 1998 from Lloyds TSB. It is multi-tenanted as office suites and has residential accommodation on the upper floors.
